Job Opening For Cluster Manager For U.K. Payroll

Job Description

  • Employee will be responsible for all Payroll delivery across an identified cluster of countries in smooth manner
  • Expected to review business, processes and keep continuous improvement towards superior delivery and gain highest client satisfaction in the entire cluster he/she is responsible for respective cluster country
  • Manage team of several country managers/leads and have proper governance and reporting framework deployment for ensuring that all exception gets addressed in effective manner
  • Responsible for ensuring budget control for the cluster organisation
  • Making sure that all country specific knowledge of cluster is captured effectively and recorded in system of record
  • Ensure Automation level within knowledge organization within cluster is increased
  • Ensure that cluster team develops in-house capability for processing and auditing payroll delivery within six to nine months of starting operations in a specific country
  • Involve in Talent Acquisition, Development and management of all country leads and country Managers
  • Responsible in exit management for team members
  • 2nd level Performance appraisal evaluation for team members
  • Need to discuss with reporting manager in case of any Client related issues
  • Need to keep email in loop reporting manager & account manager in case of any concerns , escalation in the payroll process and changes required by the customer in the process
  • Need to keep reporting manager in loop for all emails / other Transactional activates
  • Need to keep reporting manager and account manager in email loop in case of any concerns, escalation in the process and customer feedbacks if any.
